Pros

The company is positioned to be a leader in the Future of work. The Vision is clear to see and everyone is aligned to it. Employees receive excellent perks

Cons

While the vision is clear the desire to execute is lacking in some areas of the workforce. The attitude and level of work output from many of the team members in the offices doesn't match the diligence and work ethic of the remote team members.
