      Pros

      Coworkers are very nice. Good benefits. Fully remote and unlimited PTO

      Cons

      CEO micro manages and controls the weirdest minute details. Constantly shifting their 'strategy' and so much politicking. Very little career development due to favoring external hiring rather. Constant layoffs and re-orgs.

      Pros

      There are great people in the company to work with, at least those that are ICs.

      Cons

      Leadership from directors and up are just a mess. Zero strategic vision, directors/sr directors just puppets to VPs and ELT. The “people” team is the furthest thing from being about the people. There is so much favoritism throughout the company, but especially in HR/TA/the people team. You’ll never advance unless your promotion is because someone got laid off but then you’ll most likely be next.
