Pros

Great co workers to work with Amazing CEO

Cons

It pains me to write this because I have had wonderful sales managers while working here. Unfortunately, I can not say the same for executive sales leadership. While the company as a whole has fantastic values and care for people, unfortunately the sales org does not. The way the sales org is run needs to change.

Pros

Good leadership and work environment, willing to help you get better.

Cons

Unsure about their future. I was one of the 60 employees they let go when they decided to eliminate the mid-market product offering. There are a lot of things they are still trying to figure out from organizational and sales process perspectives. Things might be different with their new sales structure, however I only knew of 1 AE that was on track to hit their yearly quota. Also, they did not put their (what I thought was agreed upon) contributions toward my 401k, since I wasn't there for a year, which I found insulting considering they fired me. That left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Pros

- Really skilled engineering & data science team, helped me level up and introduced me to new things. - Great manager in my team. - Getting paid every week :) - Working from wherever you wanted. - Opens opportunities for other jobs via their platform.

Cons

- Paid by the hour, no PTO. This has changed since I left, but for people who are effective in their work, it was challenging - Different benefits for local than remote. It's unintuitive for a company that wants to push remote first. For example remote people weren't entitled stock options, no matter the role, effort or appreciation they were getting. - A lot of things and meetings happened in PST. If you were working from Europe this could be a problem.
