      Very good middle management. UM is a bit out of touch.

      Cons

      Almost overly structured. But that may need to be the case with a majority of the workforce WFH. Burnout rate is VERY high. Super high volume of calls per day is expected.

      It has been years and still haunts me

      Decent base salary, because you won't be making many sales.

      Cons

      Doesn't look like anything has changed according to recent reviews. I wouldn't even be taking the time to submit a review all this time later if this place didn't still haunt my nightmares. It seems like it's going to be an AWESOME opportunity, but it's more like high school with all of their politics and popularity. My direct manager had never even sold in her life. I was convinced for the first 6 months it was all me, I was the problem. I never had an issue with anxiety before. This place had me on a very high-dose of depression/anxiety medicine for the first time in my life.
