      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time at Upwork. There is great worklife balance, the people you get to work with are top notch and great benefits.

      Cons

      There has been tons of turnover all across the organization. Also lots of growing pains with where they are taking the business and decisions coming from the top.

      You’ll need to work hard obviously but the good thing is that the company has a professional atmosphere where you can be as productive as you can be.
