I have made a GDPR request to retrieve all the information the company holds on me. They replied saying they won't provide the data since I will use it to take them to court. ICO confirmed that the GDPR requests must be treated purpose blind and companies have to provide the data regardless. I have raised a formal complaint with the Data Office in VFS and will wait 30 days according to ICO rules and take them to court. While I was working there, I was asked to provide false information to an ISO auditor in order for Vdash to take BCG as a client. The management style is very top-down. Bosses expect to rain and they order should be followed without questioning. There is a lot of legal corner-cutting in this company. Take a job only if you need to pay the bills, otherwise, just look for something else.
