they put employees on unpaid bench due to coronavirus.. very insensitive management.. they do not care how an employee will manage expenses.. please dont join this company ever..

The people you work with. Teams are usually nice

Cons

1. Absence of real management or training of any kind. 2. Unrealistic expectations of what people can do and lots of pressure for one person to do the job it would realistically need 3. 3.Often need to do overtime to compensate low staff and you need to spend your full day working stressed in inhuman conditions. 4. All of the perks above come at the wonderful price of paying minimum wage.

The only good thing about this job is the people you work with like your employees.

Cons

Really bad management that dont care about you and always make mistakes with payments. The job is 8 hours but you can even do 12 or more. You are forced to lie to people for the benefit of the company and just want money. Not organised at all as people dont receive training.
