Employees forced to go on Leave without pay for indefinite period during COVID-19 affected period 5. All increments/ performance bonus for the 2019-20 period not paid due to COVID-19 6. Management claims the organisation to be 20 strong years old, however is unable to pay even 50% of salary of employees for a period of even 1 month 7. Absolutely not concerned for employees heath & safety 8. Unable to recognize and reward employees, inspite of earning huge profits due to hard work of frontline staff in 2019-20. 9. Organisation plagued with favouritism and internal politics. 10. No Career Growth opportunities. 11. No work life balance 12. Company expects that employees sent on indefinite leave without pay to look for a job and move out so that it can again exploit fresh set of employees from their deserving income
