Timely salary, little operation, work life balance for managers, leadership from India

Cons

No work life balance for staff below. Poor HR for Bangladesh (unprofessional). Frequent legal probes by government agencies. Unsupervised managers in operation. Culture of blameshifting.

I have been working for the company since 2017. It has contributed to my development and gained excellent experience of working in a large global company. VFS Global values its employees and helps to develop and climb the career ladder. The company has a great area for both entry-level and higher-level employees. Employees feel part of the team due to various engagement projects, internal communications, active feedback from managers.

Great working environment, wonderful company initiatives such as Wellness Days, special celebrations like Father's Day, Mother's Day, Africa Day, Heritage Day etc, community outreach programs to help and uplift and support local communities.

Cons

Work Life Balance is a bit stressful, especially with 2 toddlers.
