It's like every day is a different day. So, it's challenging for us and can improve ourselves strongly since it's not routine work every day.

Cons

Sometimes so many transactions and it's over our capacity. Then, we have to render overtime. We need more improvement.

From this company, I have learned a lot. Especially from not knowing on how to lead then become one. Also, with the great support from the team especially our boss, I never felt I was left behind instead they show the way on how to act or react on any situation we are in.

Cons

Progress can be slow sometimes, but practice makes perfect. Different people will have different outcome thus we have to keep on trying to be the best version of ourselves despite facing challenges.
