VFS Global is a well-known international company, you’ll be working in an organized and professional setting, provides onboarding training, you'll get experience handling visa processing and international documentation

Cons

Low starting salary, repetitive work, promotions may take years, during visa rush periods workload can be very high even if you’re in a back-end role, some processes may still be manual
