Interesting to be exposed to different cultures

Low pay, management treat you like a machine, appointments are set up so you only get 15 mins when you need 1 hour so you are always back to back and late, management doesn't listen, all they care about is money. They make you accept walk in appointments and charge them £150+, this make sure booked appointments late and you have to do overtime to catch up every single day. They try to justify this by saying you get commission from walk ins, wouldn't tell us the commission, later found out it was £1 per appointment. They are honestly evil and exploitive.

Pros

Great coworkers. Deputy manager was very helpfully and supportive. Good company to start career (but don’t get sticky there)

Cons

They add so many responsibilities into operation departments with a lack of support from other departments. Systems are so slow you loss a LOT of time troubleshooting by yourself.
