      Unethical Management of Organisation

      Compensation and Designation only .

      Cons

      Internal Dirty Politics. Groupism. Undue Advantage by Seniors of their positions. No collaboration withing the department. All the time fighting with each other mentally and physically. Identity Crises. Cross functional teams can't get together. Daily fighting between clients and staff. Corruption with clients. Inappropriate infrastructure. No authority as per Designation. Unethical practices of seniors with the juniors. No Team culture.
