The first thing that caught my attention is the globalization of VFS, it exists in most countries around the world. the work process is not that complicated and easy to understand. the teamwork among all the employees in its great and so efficient even among managers and employees.

Cons

I didn't see any negative marks in the company, and I guess there is nothing.
