1. Very toxic environment, they do not care about employees being bullied which is a regular practice.
2.90% of the employees including the higher management does not know how to behave verbally or in written communication within the organisation and with the customers.
3. Directly or indirectly the specific employees bullying everyone are encouraged to do so to run the office.
4. Poor salaries, issues with paying salary, tax deductions, Superannuation and Leaves.
5. The quality of staff is very bad, they bully other staff and abuse worst than the beggars on the streets of India.
6. Cost cutting is another level where we do not have water to drink sometimes. Vendors do not get paid, IT is almost non existent.
7. There is no concept of IT physical support in Australia , its remote and would rate -10 out of 10 which affects employees and customers.
