Managers are good and easily accessible

Cons

The work environment is extremely poor and stressful. There is a fixed reporting time, but no fixed logout time. Employees are expected to stay until targets are completed, no matter how long it takes. Management applies constant pressure, with unrealistic targets and no consideration for work-life balance. Long working hours are normal, appreciation is rare, and employee well-being is largely ignored. Communication is often harsh, support is minimal, and the overall culture creates mental fatigue and burnout rather than motivation.

It's a company where I learned a lot and also, they give me the opportunity to grow.
