A lot of potential, but unused - No values!

Pros

Potentially interesting job. Good compensation, medical, paid expenses etc.

Cons

There are a lot of employees with too much idle time, a culture of avoiding work and responsibility. It comes down to forwarding e-mails. This leaves a lot of time for playing "games" and plotting. The management avoids making decision, they lack skill and knowledge. Zero team work, everyone keeps to themselves and watches their own back. Things get done in the last minute, when there is no way out, of course poorly and in advance they search who is to blame if things go wrong. Very unethical environment. If UKBA didn't insist on certain standards, there would be no VFS.
