      After a thorough evaluation, I cannot identify a single positive aspect of VFS Global. Their operations systematically exploit both employees and customers through deliberate understaffing, wage violations, and designed inefficiencies prioritizing profits over basic dignity. Avoid completely

      Employees were frequently pressured to work beyond their scheduled shifts due to poor staffing, but overtime pay was often delayed or denied. Employees are expected to handle excessive workloads with no additional support, leading to burnout. Management lacks clear direction, leading to constant confusion and last-minute changes. Hard work is rarely rewarded—advancement depends on connections, not merit. Complaints about workload or unfair treatment are ignored.
