Pros

End work early and 5 pm, depending on dept/ VAC.

Cons

Late salary. Unfairness. Employ their own people. No fixed date for salary. Managers allow abuse customer abuse and do not stand up for their staff. Management do not care about your well-being. No growth in company. Promote own people. They blame the shortage of manpower as your problem. Cannot take leave during peak seasons, even during emergency. Overall, attrocious company.
