      Too many processes and should have been paid a bonus

      Wasn't paid the bonus I feel I was due - 2019 bonus withheld despite being owed in March/April 2020. As I left in the latter stages of the year I feel I was owed it. - Wasn't afforded a full exit interview so couldn't bring this point up further than mentioned in my exit interview sheet. Too many processes slow down the actual work. Can't make any changes as it has to go through so many different levels and countries. Very static culture.
