      Pros

      Biggest asset is treatment of employees. Highly process driven and would not compromise anything for compliance. I have learnt multifold during last 2 years. VFS is truly multi cultural company.

      Cons

      Some times it is difficult as the support is covering multiple time zones and regions.

      1. Career Progression is well planned, ample opportunities available to deserving candidates. 2. Good Work / Life balance is possible due to clear hierarchy & role definition. 3. Upper Management is receptive & practice an open door policy. 4. Ideation & innovation is encouraged and appreciated.

      1. People processes could be defined and localized more given the geographical spread of the company.
