Small Office size, very international

Cons

They provide no help with IT issues, you are on your own. Everything constantly breaks down or expires and they won't fix it. Poor communication, bad location, no help with transportation, BAD management, they pay you late, and pay is very VERY low. Must have a lot of patience and no common sense to work here.

Flexible timings Job security Good work life balance Absence of minute monitoring of day to day tasks. Fast growing company.

Cons

Processes are not well defined. Inter departmental communication/ collaboration is difficult. Middle management is not focused and does not lead by example. Lack of clarity in growth prospects of an employee. Poor team bonding when it comes to performing as a team.
