The most disorganised company I have ever worked for or heard of. 1. Hiring process was chaotic, had the same person interviewing me twice with the exact same set of questions. The team was understaffed which lead to crazy overtime hours including weekends. 2. No sufficient training provided, which is UNBELIEVABLE as this company is actually working with sensitive data such as passports. 3. Really rude and ignorant management 4. Lack of communication

global company, loads to learn, hr makes an effort to make staff aware about the global vacancies,

no scope for growth, only few people are promoted again & again, too much diplomacy & bureaucracy, too long hours from 8:30-17:30 with total of 45 mins break i.e. half an hour lunch break and 15 mins tea break in morning or evening. hr is puppy in the hands of management. Management wants to get rid of permanent staff & keep people on contracts on lower salary.
