1. Lively work environment and colleagues 2. On the hands management by the Deputy Manager 3. Effective Communication 4. Responsibility and Teamwork

Cons

1. Lack of diversity at management structure, a company operating in South Africa for many years but the structure in management is mainly West Asians, Middle Eastern or South Asians. 2. Work responsibility not on par with salary 3. Constantly required to complete work for the day beyond the normal hours required to work contractually. 4. Salary is terribly low. 5. Incentives are not given to employees, rather retained because quotas wasn't reached. 6. Fixed term contracts only.
