Pros

Solid product, great support from corporate, and in general they do seem to care about their employees.

Cons

Seems like making good sales and good profits are not enough, they want unrealistic hyper growth. Sales management seems to set quotas too high these days, and now they cap comp if you do have a great year. Be happy with realistic growth and not push for unrealistic growth.
