If you are in the court of the management all the pros you can dream. be careful though. It's a club very difficult to enter. If you are out no pros at all.

Cons

It's weird that a person that when is requested to explain why the best projects of an assigned territory are owned by one of his friends is always very busy is always very busy. Nevertheless he finds the time to write fake reviews (that are helpful for nobody) and send SMS to my colleague who sleeps with him.

Young work force, generally fun environment.

Cons

This company is filled with highly unprofessional management. They play favorites and cheat the system for their favorite employees by cheating to help them meet quota. Also, there is call activity you are monitored on. There are not many smart people left in the sales department, the good ones have all left. AirWatch underpays employees, the salaries here are well under industry averages. The employees who have left have seen their salaries double at their new jobs. It doesn't take talent to succeed here, it takes you playing into the politics of this ridiculous company and having a manager help you cheat your way to quota. Do yourself a favor and don't work here.
