The people, snacks, work hard play harder mentality. Great organization, would have stayed longer, but a better paying opp came around.

Cons

Compensation is a little low on the base side. Still able to make great money and enjoy life, but the vmware acquisition changed things for a little while.

-Market leader -Exciting technology and solid platform which you can be proud to stand behind, doing some innovative things especially now with VMware integration. -Benefits

Cons

-Technical support, having to constantly babysit / escalate tickets to keep your customers happy and ensure they are getting resolved properly. -Working in a remote office you are last to find out about anything. -After they got acquired by VMware the internal red tape for all sales processes. Everything became more difficult and more time spent on admin work to get deals done, less time selling. -Becoming another monolithic company (acquired by VMware, now part Dell) when all others are slimming down to be more agile. -Nobody making their numbers...need I say more
