Pros

AirWatch has always led the way within the MDM/EMM market. Always recognized as a leader in the market means breaking into new accounts is easier*. Competent product management team starting to regain their stride as integration into the VM machine matures.

Cons

Initially, the integration into the VMware ecosystem felt slow. Trying to explain the vision was too high level as we had little actionable intelligence to share. This to has changed for the better.

Positive and energetic atmosphere. A company where your CEO is willing to go on site and support you. Great benefits. Selling a product that is top of its class certainly helps as well!

Cons

Hyper growth leads to some growing pains.

Great strategy & vision Good brand recognition Gets you in the door with customers with the brand name Not as structured as some very mature organisations so there is a little bit of scope

Cons

Lack of an ability to execute sales operations is non-existent Spend way too much time on back end systems No ISR support so all admin left to senior AE's Quite poor spenders on employee events
