Pros
A culture that cares about employees, shareholders, customers and our communities. VMware rewards performance and has attractive benefits. We are encouraged to grow our capabilities and provided opportunities for career growth. Whether working with Habitat for Humanity, building artificial hands or the next great software product, VMware encourages and supports our efforts.
Cons
As VMware grows into a much larger organization, some additional bureaucracy is to be expected. Very much a quarterly driven sales organization, would prefer a longer measurement cycle of a year, but is probably unrealistic for a public company in the U.S.
