Great technology, great perks, awesome corporate culture. Plenty of training. Overall most positive atmosphere I've ever worked in. Also stocked kitchens in the office!

Cons

Seriously none. I have nothing negative to say about the company. Apparently though I need a 20 word minimum entry for this field so I'll just keep on typing.

great solutions; lots of passionate and smart people; many opportunities around the world in commercial as well as Public Sector; great work life balance

Cons

hiring process and candidate referrals are somewhat nebulous; can be political at times so depending on who you're working for, advancement can be challenging

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Liberal work from home policy. Great local office (food, drinks and other amenities). Great products and technological innovation. Learning and growth opportunities around every corner. VMware online training and hand-on labs are an second to none.

Cons

Becoming a big company with a strong sales culture (lots of meetings and metrics). Localized management removed from the business and too focused on metrics. Like many companies with a strong sales culture, there is too much drama and consequently, a lot of turn over.
