      Great Technology, weak strategy

      Pros

      VMware has one of the highest quality of software out there, is a decent place to work, cares deeply about both their customers and employees and is welcoming to new employees giving them enough time to come up to speed and investing in their training.

      Cons

      A little too "PC" almost all the time!! If you are not one of the "Diversity" members, you can very easily feel excluded, not valued and feel like there is nothing in it for you
