      Pros

      My company was just acquired by VMware everybody couldn't be happier. As far as I can tell VMware is a great place to work

      Cons

      Going from a small company to a big company overnight is a big adjustment not everybody will make the transition or like it but I see that there are many advantages

      Feel like they truly care about me and my family. Great benefits. Plenty of opportunity to move around. It’s been a pleasure working here since day one.

      Spread out teams. Very hard to maintain closeness and camaraderie with other coworkers.
