Good pay, good values, aggressive internal politics
Pros
Well paid Diversity and inclusion a (well publicised) priority Some managers aware of the need to change the company Good reputation in marketplace Fantastic tech Easy to get in touch with most people Good employee benefits
Cons
Legacy management do everything they can to keep control Individuals are built into demi-gods and given power that they use for bullying and self-promotion Diversity values are rarely applied and when they are it is for show Many teams work in toxic environment Progression dependent on internal politics. Post-acquisition company is more US-driven and aggressive. Managers use 'happy go lucky' corporate vibes to crush you if you speak out of turn. Read through some reviews, really identify with this: "The staff is currently so undervalued, there is also a culture of misuse of power and oppression of those that dare to speak out."
