      Cons

      I have no cons, I don't know if that's because in my team everything is fine, but a lot of the cons seem to be from a time long ago, defiantly not now. There are cameras all round AW and if there was dodgy stuff going on it would have been dealt with. No one has time to give favouritism to another employee, there are too many rules now with the integration of VMware. Conclusion: You be the decider of what VMware AirWatch is. Everyone is different and everyone is entitled to their opinions, but my opinion is most of the cons are from a long time ago and they haven't forgotten

      Stellar place to work with end-to-end focus on product delivery and reinventing client meta-services. For anyone looking to learn how to drive impactful decisions and re-conceptualize business supply chains, any position in the market-driven team is great. Our CEO at the time, Mr. Marshall was always available for any personal questions or concerns and I am sure Blake will be just as great come September.

      Sometimes the work requires proactive problem-solving but management is always there to help you cultivate growth and overcome challenges.

      Pros

      Probably the best team I've ever been a part of. Very much an open and collaborative environment. I always felt welcome to express myself and bug other departments to make things happen. Great benefits package.

      Cons

      I ran into some very toxic mid level manager but that seemed to be a hiring fluke. Most departments had very respectable and professional management, bad apples are inevitable. I was layed off but I'm grateful for my time at VMware and everything I've learned and I'll certainly consider returning at some point should the opportunity arise.
