      Pros

      Nice and helpful peers; Resourceful IT support; company sales performance is crazy good. Highest C level people are fantastic both Airwatch and VMWare the parent company. Good pay. Probably good place to start up for new grad or new in the market.

      Cons

      I agree with another review that individuals in mid management really makes the place terrible; for a company this size this project is disoriented and vision is confusing. There's not much to gain from this place if you have more than several years of experience. Treat employee sub-par compares to most other tech companies.

      - hightly stressfull workplace - poor leadership - lack of transparence - poor CRM software usage - unfair treatment (you must ask to get)
