      Technology - First Class People - First Class

      Cons

      Margin, Margin, Margin Drive the teams into the ground Push them even harder, they quit, who cares, plenty of people in line...supposedly Make the employees justify why they should be paid a bonus or a salary increase Push them harder Make goals really dreams..... unachievable This was a great company now its about the dollar regardless of anything else.

      Old Guard is so into themselves especially AVP Sales, worst leadership I ever work for, its all about them.

      Pros

      Strong Brand within industry and very stable Virtrual products.

      Cons

      Sales leadership is qustionable at best, they take care of themselves and keep underperformers because of buddy system. New Sales Pros come in and get pushed down or out. The sales managers are unethical to customers with ELA renewals. Sales teams are lightweights and can't compete with heavys like HP, MS, IBM. They are stealing partner business by do more direct and less value add.
