Great products and working environment, campus is beautiful. Trying to find next engine of growth, so some fear of slowing growth and layoffs. Potential spin off from EMC in offing. Employees are some of the best and brightest, but starting to leave

Cons

Some older leaders are too political to hold onto power, many new are from much larger companies and are very aloof and removed. So company losing it's leadership edge and becoming less inspiring.
