- Very relaxed environment - Not a lot of micromanagement - You're left for the most part to work in your own pace/style - Stock purchase plan helps invest and save with a discount - RRSP matching at 6% is also better than other places - Overtime opportunities allow for extra cash

Cons

- Slew of external management hires more recently brought in bad practices - Company appears to hire externally more than promoting internally - Culture has deteriorated in past few years after many changes - Raise is minimal over the years and you will have to leave to get a decent pay raise
