Pay, bonuses, raises. Physical environment.

Cons

Toxic culture. Backstabbing. Managers who haven't a clue how to manage. No leadership at the middle management level. They just gossip about each other and their employees. Too much power in a few hands. Over past 3 years it's gotten worse, the emperor is wearing no clothes but no one had a guts to stand up to the one or two "bullies" who call the shots and are driving products into the ditch.

Good people to work with. Management tries to be balanced. Some people don't like the increased emphasis on using a software life cycle structure, but it's actually a good thing.

Cons

Product marketing and exec management can't or don't always make the tough decisions on product direction.
