Still create game changing technology. They still try to change the industry, versus sitting on sidelines waiting to see what sells and come out with a C rate product 3-4 years later.

Cons

Still having growing pains, field team does not have a great sense of community.

benefits, salary leading edge technology, autonomy, free product training if you can find the time to do, employee recognition program

Cons

No work/life balance Processes and internal IT infrastructure not established to support tremendous employee growth (i.e. access to available technology tools, communications, training, divisional contacts) Lack of HR support Constant change without communication or contribution from internal or external stakeholders HR positions VMware as a collaborative team environment but it is very siloed - Management is very tactical and does not support the requirements of the department in order to work efficiently. Managers get promoted without sufficient people management training or leadership skills
