Best cloud solution and strong executive management vision Industry potential is almost blue sky and vision is getting clearer and crisper Great benefits and nice peers

Cons

Limited progression - the local HR prefers to hire outside than promote from within Limited development opportunities - need progression paths Poor executive management - as above and why are we planning for next year when I don't even know what we planned to do this current year? Too many managers and arrogant HR function

Pros

Company is doing well in the market and hence revenue numbers have been great. Bonuses and hiring have reflected that. The company tries to do a good job of trying to build community with beer bashes and company events but at 9000+ employees there are some scaling problems.

Cons

Scaling issues galore. Company is growing but the back office process are lacking. Lots of silos between groups and departments. Very management heavy.
