I enjoy working at VMware, but there are some issues that need to be resolved.

Pros

VMware has great income opportunities in the sales arena, the customers love the technology, great ESPP, stock options and good benefits.

Cons

Some of the product specialists are too busy to go on account calls within a 4 week notice. Quotas in H1 2010 are unachievable for the east coast.
