Good company to work for - But problems, problems, probmels....

Pros

The best people I have ever worked with at any company. Salary was good. Never had a problem taking time off.

Cons

Lack of communication on issues. Management lacks any real direction. To many managers who are over worked. Customer data is messed up and creates more work. Upper management (Sr. Directors, VPs) think outsourcing is the answer.

Cons

Tremendous expansion and growth the last 4 years. Turn over of management, mixed signals on direction constant react mode at all levels.

Pros

Great benefits, working in a cutting-edge industry that everyone wants a piece of, a "green" company, still has a somewhat small company feel. Upper management has great visions for company direction and growth.

Cons

Mid-level management often lacks understanding of what their employees do, spend too much time in meetings rather than interacting with employees to find out what they're doing and how to improve processes. The company still has a "mom-and-pop" feel to it and uses outdated systems and processes.
