On the business side, political structure full of Sun and Inktomi rejects determined to kill this company too with their utter incompetence and lack of vision.

Vmware has Very flexible hours. Lots of free food, free drinks, nuts, once a week salads, beer bash and excellent place for growth. Technical soundness

Cons

I dont see any downsides. May be the only downside is that its a small company and may be bought some other big fish
