Confusing management who are not good at judging the priorities

Great Engineers; Campus sorroundings; Gym facilities with indoor bbal/volleyball play courts; Recession;

Cons

Bad managers; New top executives coming in very often with new proposals (happy that it is settling down now); No idea what the product mgmt/sales team are upto (but still products are solid enough to sell)

Pros

Salary is decent enough. A chance to work for a company with disruptive technology. It's better than being unemployed.

Cons

Exec staff cares nothing about the employees. Bennies are cut right and left. Lack of coherent product and corporate marketing efforts. For a company with 6000 employees, there's an overabundance of Director/Sr. Director/VP/Exec VP types. There are Directors reporting to Directors.
