Some really nice guys, very relaxed environment

Cons

Highly incompetent managers who doesn't know how to manage a team. Managers sleep with employees to get a job, racism , nepotism, favouritism and lack of recognition will kill the assets(employees) of the company. Mobility company but doesn't practise it. No working from home policy. You say vmware training and certification is free but hold employees back from taking the actual certifications. One rule for a managers friend , another rule for someone who is not a friend of a manager. Progression without pay . Why use your money on company travel ? Everyone has commitment

Pros

Things are starting to look better now with the VMW acquisition, but in general, the lack of experience of the managers can be something to work to your advantage if you're more experienced and can play that to your benefit. Also, excellent work environment and great coworkers. Good benefits.

Cons

Inexperienced managers; awful HR; a lot of politics is necessary if you want to grow; low salaries
