Innovative company, good training opportunities, dynamic pace

Cons

Toxic environment, LATAM team is “lead” by an unqualified manager and absentee and unethical director. Gossips, fights, name calling, lies, deceiving...mix it all. The manager lies as he breaths. No sense of professionalism whatsoever. Very little focus on the job and way too much time dealing with office drama that HR didn’t seem capable or interested in dealing with. The toxic environment is created mostly by an insecure manager who mostly employees friends and make of the workplace unhealthy, dysfunctional, and less than productive

Salary, working from home, great products

Cons

Bully culture , old boys club, EPIC values feel like a check box( it shouldn't be), ineffective management that express obvious bias towards favourites. Been here for over 2 years and no proper review cycles. Under resourced back office that impacts business. I have seen very negative behaviour.
