One of the newish manager's is on a mission to get rid of men from the company and hire females only. It's pretty evident in recent hiring decisions that preference is towards an "All Girls Club" style mentality. Diversity in the workplace is great, but when it's taken to the extreme it makes for a toxic culture. Speak to many ex VMware people who have left the company, and they will say this new leader is why they left VMware.

You receive training only initially then you're on your own. Management is bad, they only care to assign cases to someone, no customer culture, no people culture. There is some racism in let people advance in career (90% of advancements are for irish people, and some are really bad). After the first 3 months it becomes just like a chicken factory. Case after case after case after case. Crazy pressure (case queues reach also 40-45 cases, average on 25-30) Never trust managers, they tell one things and then different things are done. They always say yes and never do what they say. Only trust written words.
