- Very young company and has lots of potential and creativity. - Better benefits after merging with VMware. - Overall people are very nice to work with. - Fast pace environment.

Cons

- Too much hierarchy involved in management, so the decisions making process can be long. - Managers want to push deadlines and sometimes put less emphasis on quality. - Many inexperience new hires that do not know how to product quality work.

VMware hasn't integrated completely and company still running as startup, Manager are totalitarian, lack of communication from upper management to employee. Training only on the product which has so many feature which are not as robust as it should be. Managers are not savvy or lacking in soft and managerial skills.. probably the first job as manager. recruiters lies about flexibility to get you in and use the VMWare branding to lure future employees.
