Company needs to train managers how to better manage and create a positive team work environment.
Pros
Great facilities at HQ Great benefits Great products (but in a matured market with limited growth potentials)
Cons
- Overly competitive (some competitiveness is healthy, but this place takes it to the next level) - Too many head chefs in the kitchen. - Horrible managers who don't trust their employees and micro-manage. - Most worker-bees work under extreme pressure and fear - Unseasoned managers with no proper training on how to be effective managers/ team leaders. - People don't know this, but layoffs are norms here. - During annual performance review, my manager said "you go to gym at lunchtime, right? When you are on the treadmill, why don't you use that time to think about work and process improvement?" I think that said it all.
